Before making reservations please review the below policies. If you have questions do not hesitate to give us a call. We want your stay to be filled with only pleasant surprises.
Policies
Check-In: Between 3:00pm and 7:00 pm. If you will be arriving later than 7:00 pm please call us with your arrival time so we can be best prepared. As a courtesy to our other guests we would ask you arrive before 10:00 pm. Call ahead for possible earlier check-in pending room and innkeeper availability.
Breakfast: Breakfast will be served in the dining room, typically between 9:00 to 10:00 am. If you have earlier departure notify the innkeepers for other to-go options.
Check-out: Before 11:00 a.m. An 11:00 am check-out is required to support turnover of the room for next night. If a later check-out is necessary, please contact the innkeepers prior to booking for available options.
Cancellations: Because we are a small Bed and Breakfast and do not require a deposit, we ask that you notify the innkeeper immediately via phone if you need to cancel a reservation. This way the room can be reopened and made available to other guests.
Cancellation Requirements for Special Event Weekend: Certain dates during the year have high demand (PSU Home Football weekends, PSU graduation, PSU parents’ weekend). Please notify the innkeepers via phone immediately to request a cancellation in order for the room to be made available to others.
Coastal Room Suite: This option is available only as an add-on to the rental of the Coastal Room with an additional fee of 50% of the Coastal Room rate. Availability and rates subject to seasonal and special event weeks.
Smoking: We are a non-smoking property. Smoking, (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted inside the home. There is a designated smoking area outside the home that can be used. Violation of this policy will result in a $300 charge to restore the room.
Minimum/Extended Stay: Bellefonte Bed and Breakfast allows single night bookings except for special events which may require a 2-night minimum. If you are planning an extended stay of greater than 4 nights, please call the innkeeper for an extended stay discount.
Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome at the house. Younger children are also allowed if your reservation includes all three rooms.
Pets: Sorry - No pets are permitted.
Tax: State and local taxes of 11 % are included in your booking quote total.
